How to use GlamUpper Eyebrow Gel?
Directions for use: apply the product to the brows with a brush, lightly combing upwards, and when all the hairs have been combed through, use the tip of the brush to straighten the upper brow. Then let the product dry and your brows will stay in place all day! The eyebrow brush can be washed with water and used repeatedly.
