  1. If you start smoking, your appetite will be reduced. (Itโ€™s the best!)
  2. Donโ€™t exercise, if only yoga. (For Godโ€™s sake, nobody wants to see muscles.)
  3. Make sure you donโ€™t do any weight training or go to the gym. (In fact, strength training is the best weight loss and if you eat right at the same time, you wonโ€™t gain muscle.)
  4. Make sure you donโ€™t do cardio either. (However, this is true because intense cardio produces cortisol which in turn promotes fat storage, but cmon.)
  5. Why do you eat after six oโ€™clock in the evening? (The electricity went off in the apartment and I called the agent because I wanted to fix myself a dinner..)
  6. Simply eat less. ๐Ÿ˜‚ (How did he know how much and what I eat?)
