Returns and Refunds

Consumers can generally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. To request a return, contact us by email at glamupper@gmail.com and include your order number.

Return period

The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person chosen by you, receive the goods.

Condition of returned products

Returned products must be unused, complete and, where possible, in the original packaging. For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after delivery, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product delivered was incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are made after we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
