These terms apply when purchasing products from the GlamUpper online store at glamupper.com. The seller is ALLOFFICIAL OÜ.

1. Ordering

To place an order, add products to the cart, enter the requested customer and delivery details, choose an available delivery and payment method, and confirm the order. Please make sure the contact and delivery details are correct.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The order is processed after the payment has been confirmed.

3. Delivery

Delivery options, destinations, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping costs may vary by destination and delivery method.

4. Returns and refunds

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. Return details, hygiene exceptions for opened cosmetics and refund information are explained on the Returns and Refunds page.

5. Complaints

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not match the order, contact us by email at Glamupper@gmail.com with the order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant.
